I was diagnosed with mild asthma because of sharp pains when I breathed in, and the feeling that I had to force air into my lungs to get air in, but I've never experienced this. And it happens every time I go on my bike ride, and I changed my route in case it was because of allergies, and it still happened. I use my inhaler everytime I get this and it doesnt help at all. The symptoms I have while it happens are "It gets too hard to breath, to wher no matter how hard I try, I can't get enough air in, feel like I gained 10 lbs, my stomache and head hurt, I get dizzy, and feel like I'm going to pass out and fall over. Is this a state where I need medical attention asap.
